Shipping is Free on All Products Listed in The Calming Store.
Unless otherwise stated or shipping outside of the Continental Mainland USA.
The Calming Store will ship international, however the cost is in addition to the purchase price and is calculated separately, if you have any questions about international shipping please contact us directly.
Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer except in cases of a defective product.
Due to the nature and availability of products and our diverse range of suppliers shipping times can range from 1 week to 4 weeks.
If you have a time sensitive order please contact us before making the purchase so we can arrange express postage when applicable.
The Calming Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The Calming Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For delays that may occur during peak busy times you will receive an email with expected delivery times due to the delay.  Shipments may not be delivered on weekends and holidays, we will advise when this is the case.
